Zach Thomas - Chiropractor

I believe the life-changing experience I have had through chiropractic should be available to everyone!

Dr. Zach desires for people to feel welcomed and at ease within the walls of Luminous. Formality is not something he stands on, so he invites our members to call him Dr. Zach, Dr. Z, Dr. Thomas, or just Zach. Whatever they are most comfortable with.

Luminous and Dr. Zach love to serve people! It is our honor & privilege to serve those who give us their trust to help them on their journey to finding more joy in their lives.

He, his wife Jessica, and daughter’s Shayn and Arya have come to love & appreciate the community in Granville over the last 3 years. One of the first things they realized after moving to Granville was how connected the community is and how everyone seems to support one another. One of the main goals at Luminous is to add another place of support for the fantastic existing community!

Dr. Zach is a lifetime central Ohio native. Graduating from Reynoldsburg and moving on to The Ohio State University he spent most of his early adulthood steeped in personal fitness and as a personal trainer. It was during this time that Dr. Zach developed his fascination with the human body and what it was capable of doing.

Before he went on to graduate from The Ohio State University he had a major injury that would turn out to be a life-altering experience. At that time Dr. Zach received his first chiropractic adjustment that would be the catalyst to him becoming a chiropractor.

He would go on to graduate from Life Univerisity in the summer of 2017 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has been serving the central Ohio area ever since. Helping those under his care find more peace, ease, and joy in life. All while accessing levels of health & well-being that many did not know they were capable of.

Jessica Thomas - Office Manager

As you just learned, Jessica is Dr. Zach’s wife. They’ve been working alongside each other for most of their relationship - dating back to her first Chiropractic Office Manager role in 2014. At this office, Dr. Zach completed his PEAK (internship) Program from LIFE University. Since then - Jessica has thrived in the Chiropractic and Wellness setting.

She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Coaching from LIFE University and learned of her passions in the wellness world shortly before and throughout her first pregnancy, In addition to her degree, she sought out a Doula Certification and serves as an advocate for women throughout their reproductive journey and beyond. Jessica believes that support should encompass the physical, mental, emotional AND educational aspects of a persons experience and strives to stay informed and respects research and intuition equally.

Outside of the office, Jessica is a homesteading wannabe (because truly that’s a full time job, and she already has two of those!) - tending to her farm animals, garden, and of course her sourdough starter. Nature is her place of worship and solitude, so be gentle with her in these Ohio winter months! She enjoys a more leisurely flow through life, riding the waves of adventure with her & Dr. Zach’s two daughters, Shayn & Arya.

Jessica dreams to grow the office and the team to house a multitude of wellness providers and link resources throughout the community FOR our community. Anything you need, just ask her :)

Morgan Roahrig - Assistant Office Manager

Morgan has been such a wonderful addition to the team in 2025! She’s truly enjoying getting to know the Luminous community and welcoming everyone as they come through the door! Morgan has a love for holistic health and wellness. Over the past 15 years it’s played a huge role in her life and wellbeing. She dives right into learning more about the nervous system from Dr. Zach each day.

Outside of the office you’ll find Morgan cooking, crocheting, learning to garden, and enjoying the fresh air (preferably on a walk or fishing with her husband, Alex).✨


She’s been a perfect fit on our team and we are excited to continue to grow and learn with her by our side!
